A One-Stop Shop
Don’t worry about scheduling multiple inspections because we
can handle it all! We can handle inspections for pool/spa, irrigation systems, WDI (termite), septic system, sewer lines, and water quality testing.
Free Thermal Scans
Every home inspection comes with a free thermal scan using an infrared camera. Our infrared cameras let us see things that could be hidden to the naked eye. Others charge up to $100 per inspection for this service.
meet Our Team
Jeremy Polk, TREC #25567
Jeremy is the service manager and lead home inspector for Lighthouse Home Inspections. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and a degree in Engineering Management from SMU. Jeremy spent over 15 years in engineering and management working for companies like Lockheed Martin, Xcel Energy, and Vistra Corporation. Jeremy is a licensed Texas Professional Real Estate Inspector and a Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI. Jeremy loves to sail and spends his free time sailing a Catalina 25 on Lake Ray Hubbard.
Jenny Polk, Operations
Jenny is the operations and growth manager for Lighthouse Home Inspections. She also works as a Senior Graphic Designer at Lakepointe Church. She has a degree in Graphic Design from UTA. Jenny has over 20 years of experience in graphic design, retail, and internet commerce.
The Crew
We live in Rockwall, Texas and have three children. We are members of Lakepointe Church and love outdoor activities such as hiking and sailing on Lake Ray Hubbard.
